Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context plainly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a person include legal entities.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read together with cv4666's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that are published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific bonus term, the specific bonus term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Acceptance of These Terms

Account Registration & Eligibility

3.2 Registration Process

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the cv4666 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. cv4666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. 3.3 KYC Verification

cv4666 may require Players to complete a KYC verification process at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. KYC verification typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number, or a bank statement header showing your name and account number).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cv4666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods:

The use of Visa or Mastercard for deposits may be available depending on your bank's international payment settings; please check the Cashier for current availability.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount at cv4666 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your cv4666 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
• cv4666 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside cv4666's control.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
• cv4666 targets withdrawal processing times of under 24 hours for verified accounts. KYC-unverified accounts may experience longer processing times pending verification.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review by the cv4666 compliance team. During such a review, the funds will be temporarily held but remain credited to your account balance.
• cv4666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or more.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers are available to Players aged 18 and above with a fully registered and verified cv4666 account.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately available for withdrawal. Only after the Wagering Requirement has been met will any resulting balance be transferred to the real-money balance.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the same Wagering Requirement as stated in the promotion's specific terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date as specified in their individual promotion terms. If the Wagering Requirement is not met before the bonus expiry date, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus status and expiry dates within the Bonuses section of their account dashboard.

5.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions

cv4666 runs seasonal and event-based promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar and sporting year. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the cv4666 platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.

During such an investigation, the relevant account and associated funds may be temporarily suspended. Where a breach is confirmed, cv4666 may permanently close the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending the outcome of the investigation.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any pending review amounts) will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by cv4666

cv4666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Evidence of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Violation of responsible gaming obligations, including breach of a self-exclusion agreement.

Where an account is suspended or closed by cv4666 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach, cv4666 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in question.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv4666 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of wagered funds resulting from a Force Majeure event. cv4666's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during that same calendar month.
